Safe Harbour

End User License Agreement

Last updated: July 31, 2026

This End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs use of the Safe Harbour QuickBooks application (the “App”), a software tool operated by Safe Harbour (“we,” “us”) that connects to QuickBooks Online through APIs provided by Intuit Inc.

1.Scope of use

The App is an internal business tool. It is developed, operated, and used solely within Safe Harbour to support our own accounting and bookkeeping workflows. It is not distributed, sold, licensed, or otherwise made available to any third party, and it connects only to QuickBooks Online accounts owned by Safe Harbour.

2.License

Use of the App is limited to authorized personnel of Safe Harbour acting in the course of their work for the company. No license or right of any kind is granted to any other person or organization.

3.Intuit platform

The App accesses QuickBooks Online data through the Intuit Developer platform and is subject to Intuit's applicable terms of service. Authorization is granted through Intuit's OAuth consent process by an administrator of the connected QuickBooks Online company, and may be revoked at any time from the QuickBooks Online account settings.

4.Data

The App reads and writes accounting data in the connected QuickBooks Online company solely to carry out Safe Harbour's internal accounting tasks. Handling of that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

5.Disclaimer of warranty

The App is an internal tool provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Safe Harbour is responsible for reviewing the accuracy of accounting records maintained through the App.

6.Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App at any time. Disconnecting the App from the QuickBooks Online company, or revoking its authorization through Intuit, ends its access to that company's data.

7.Contact
